Graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Interior Architecture in 2006. After working with Atilla Kuzu-Levent Çırpıcı, Mahmut Anlar and Sinan Kafadar, who are well-known architectural firms in Turkey for many years, they established Baret Design Studio with Yalın Çağatay. Concentrating especially on Hotel and Housing projects in the design office they manage together, Çağatay also works on contemporary painting with his passion for the art of painting as well as his architectural identity. Tuğba Çağatay has experience in the creative and aesthetic design of Interior Architecture. He still continues both Interior Architecture projects and Art studies in his design and art workshop in Istanbul.
Graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Architecture in 2003. Before establishing his own office, Baret Design Studio, with Tuğba Çağatay, he signed important projects with Sinan Kafadar in Turkey. In the same period, after working with Cavit Sarıoğlu in the Italian Metex Assisi office for two years, he returned to Turkey and founded Baret Design Studio with Tuğba Çağatay. He continues Architectural and Interior Architecture projects in many different functions such as Hotel, Residence, Shopping Mall and Commercial Areas in the design office they manage together. The expertise of Yalın Çağatay, who has managed many brand projects for more than twenty years, is on producing original and inspiring projects with innovative design ideas.
